We have an interesting field trip this month. Robert Counts, a resident of Affton, MO, is welcoming us to his home to see and hear about his collections of dwarf conifers, hostas and Japanese maple trees. We will arrive by 10:30 am on Sunday, June 26th. We will meet at the commuter lot at Hwy 55 and Reavis Barracks Rd no later than 10:15 am. His home is a short ride from the commuter lot. We can carpool from there to save on parking spaces at his home. Please call or email John (314 781-3051 Jjtellie@aol.com) if interested in seeing Mr. Counts amazing yard. If enough members are interested we will go out for lunch or refreshments afterwards.

Field Trip Highlights: What a wonderful field trip! Mr. Counts (Bob)
yard is a gem in the middle of a subdivision. It’s unbelievable how creatively he has designed his yard, just awesome! There was so much to see, his yard has the most beautiful conifers around as well as wonderful hostas and Japanese Maple trees. He also has a large pond with a waterfall and large fish. We had a fantastic time listening to him and completely enjoyed his presentation. The snacks were also a tasty surprise! This activity was well attended and enjoyed by all. Thank You Mr. Counts for such a great outing!
